RL Safeguarding Service Ltd is committed to protecting client confidentiality.

RL Safeguarding Service Ltd will not:

Pass on postal addresses nor sell them to third parties.
Pass on telephone numbers nor sell them to third parties.
Pass on in any way the clients e-mail address.

If it is necessary for client details to be passed on to a third party in order to conduct business, permission shall be requested from the client prior to doing so, and these details will not be passed on until consent has been granted by the client.

When filling in the contact form the clients name and e-mail address is required to enable RL Safeguarding Service Ltd to respond to the clients request. The e-mail address will not be used for any other purpose. The clients name will be treated in confidence. The contact form automatically sends an e-mail to RL Safeguarding Service Ltd and the details entered are not stored on the web server.

RL Safeguarding Service Ltd does not currently offer on-line payment options. Payment can only be made by cheque or BACS transfer.

All business transactions shall be conducted in complete confidence.
