At RL Safeguarding Service we provide Safeguarding Supervision Training for newly appointed supervisors (up to 18 moths in post). Once we have completed training we can help to train the supervisors to deliver "in house" training.
In addition to this form of supervision we also offer a one to one service for those who have a particular responsibility for safeguarding vulnerable groups.
