Aim: To equip supervisors and managers to create and sustain an effective supervisory framework.
Key Learning Outcomes:
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Identify the legal and policy context of supervision
- Define and explain the purpose of supervision
- Apply principles of adult learning to your own supervision practice
- Practice supervisory skills and evaluate your own performance in order to apply learning to real cases
- Recognise some unhealthy processes which may arise in supervision and the potential impact of these on practice

We are currently offering one date for the Multi-Agency: Supervision Skills Training - 4 Day Course:
- 14th - 16th July 2010 at the Portland Hotel, Edgebaston, Birmingham.
Recall day is the 10th September.
